Strengthening of Pak Army only means a strong Army, which is only an institution, not the state.

To strengthen the State of Pakistan we, as a nation, will have to strengthen the Parliament.

To strengthen the Parliament, we will have to strengthen our civilian governments.

To strengthen our civil governments we will have to strengthen our politicians.

And to strengthen our politicians we will have respect every party’s mandate given by its voters.
